Welcome to the Lassiter High School Orchestra Association!

The Lassiter High School Orchestra Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization in Marietta, Georgia, that was formed to support a nationally acclaimed orchestra program led by Dr. Charles Laux. With four ensembles and approximately 175 students, the Lassiter Orchestra program performs engages students with solid string pedagogy, diverse repertoire, clinics, and chamber music. The program offers students a variety of enriching musical and social experiences within a family-oriented orchestra community.

LHSOA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) booster organization established to support the Lassiter High School Orchestra Program, enhance music education, communicate with parents, and encourage students at all levels of participation

    Support our students!

     Orchestra dues are the main source of revenue for our orchestra program and we ask that every student raise or pay a minimum of $200.

    Make a Donation

    We welcome “Friends of the Orchestra” donations from businesses, community members, or friends & family.

    Purchase an Advertisement

    We are accepting business or personal advertisements for our annual program book that will be distributed at our winter, LGPE, and Spring Concerts.

    Uniforms

    The Lassiter Orchesra offers two “concert black” formal uniform options — a long black gown or black slacks, shirt, and tie.
