This year there are two ways to sponsor the Lassiter Orchestras!
1. Purchase an advertisement in our program book and on our website.
2. Become a “Friend of the Orchestra” through a donation.
Advertisements in our Program Book & Website
The LHS Orchestra Program Book provides students, parents, and other concert attendees with information about the orchestra program and a beautiful orchestra keepsake for the year. The Program Book also serves as an important fundraising source for the LHS Orchestra through the sale of advertisements.
Advertisements can come in the form of personal ads from parents honoring their student or advertisements from local businesses and corporations.
The program book will be distributed at all of the orchestra’s concerts and sponsors will also be listed on our website. The book is professionally designed and printed and includes information about the LHS Orchestra program, professional photographs of each orchestra, a featured photo of the student leadership and senior class of 2024.
For the 2022-2023 school year, the deadline for the Program Book sponsorships is Friday, September 16, 2022.

The Lassiter High School Orchestra Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports the students within the LHS Orchestra program. Your sponsorship through donations are greatly appreciated and are fully tax deductible.

Is my sponsorship / donation tax deductible?
LHSOA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) booster organization, so your donation may be tax deductible. Please check with your tax consultant for any details particular to your own situation for deductions.
Can I upgrade my sponsorship/donation level?
Yes, you can upgrade your sponsorship/donation level at any time.
What are my sponsorship/donation funds used for?
Your donations enable the students to have the opportunity to participate in the following:
- Orchestra clinics with nationally recognized musicians/conductors.
- Sectionals (small group) clinicians
- Maintaining state-of-the-art rehearsal facilities & equipment
- New instruments, bows, accessories & supplies
- Instrument repairs & maintenance
- Sheet music, method books, and instructional materials
- Fall and Winter Orchestra Camp
- Social events for students
- Technology upgrades & software
- Operational expenses (including maintenance, subscriptions, and fees associated with communications mediums)
