LGPE IS TOMORROW!
Our biggest performance of the year is here! Please see information below regarding LGPE on Monday, February 9 LGPE at Walton High School. Students should remember their instrument, bow, accessories, sheet music, and concert black uniform. No phones will be traveling with us to LGPE.
CONCERT ORCHESTRA
38 students, 1 adult, 1 bus — Dr. Laux will ride the bus
EQUIPMENT: 13 cellos, 1 bass
INSTRUMENT TRANSPORTATION:

- Ms. Duke
- Ms. Baker
CONCERT ITINERARY:
8:20 AM – Students arrive to orchestra room IN UNIFORM
9:00 AM – School bus pick up in front of concert hall
9:15 AM – Arrive at Walton HS, case storage in Boys Dressing Room
9:30 AM – Warm up
10:00 AM – Performance on stage
10:30 AM – Sightreading
11:00 AM – Board busses at Walton
11:20 AM – Arrive back at Lassiter
Students eat lunch during 4th period (if they have 3rd period). Otherwise, lunch periods remain the same.

CHAMBER ORCHESTRA
42 students, 1 adult, 1 bus – Dr. Laux will ride the bus
EQUIPMENT: 9 cellos, 6 bass
INSTRUMENT TRANSPORTATION:
- Ms. Wines
- Ms. Duke
- Ms. Baker
CHAMBER ITINERARY:
12:44 PM – Students who have 5th or 6th lunch need to eat lunch. Students come to orchestra at 12:44. Change into uniform
1:30 PM – School bus pick up in front of concert hall
2:00 PM – Arrive at Walton HS, case storage in Boys Dressing Room
2:30 PM – Warm up
3:00 PM – Performance on stage
3:30 PM – Sightreading
4:00 PM – Watch Osborne HS Chamber Orchestra
4:30 PM – Watch North Cobb HS Chamber Orchestra
5:00 PM – Board busses at Walton
5:20 PM – Arrive back at Lassiter
