Applications are now online for the Fall Into SpringSchool Year Program

ALL Fall Into Spring students take part in:

  • Regular coaching with Atlanta Symphony Orchestra faculty
  • Masterclasses with:
    • Roberto Diaz, violist, President & CEO of Curtis Institute
    • Peter Oundjian, conductor, former first violinist with the Tokyo Quartet
    • Jonathan Biss, pianist, famed concert soloist and chamber music performer
  • Workshop and masterclass with Janet Horvath, cellist, author of “Playing Less Hurt”
  • Multiple performing opportunities during the year, including playing on stage in Symphony Hall, Woodruff Arts Center

2018 Chamber Music Competition

The 2018 Franklin Pond Chamber Music Competition at Spivey Hall was an exciting event. Eleven groups competed this year in the Final round. Check out our website for the results and pictures. The Franklin Pond faculty and the two judges performed on the awards concert, as well as the winning groups of the Middle School and High School Divisions. We are already looking forward to Memorial Day weekend of 2019.
