I hope this message finds you well and that you have been enjoying your break and holiday season! I am writing to share an important update regarding our upcoming spring orchestra trip to Universal Orlando Resort.
Although the original registration deadline has passed, we have not yet met the minimum number of participants required for the trip to move forward.
Because of this, we are extending the registration deadline to Tuesday, January 6, to give families one final opportunity to join us.
Please note that if we do not reach the minimum participation by January 6, the trip will unfortunately need to be canceled and those who have made payments would be refunded. This would be a great disappointment, as this trip offers an exciting and memorable educational experience for our students.
