Two important orchestra reminders!
1. Our Winter Concert is tomorrow, November 13, 2025 starting at 7:00 PM in the Concert Hall
Report times:
Concert & Philharmonia – 5:45 PM with a rehearsal at 6:00 PM
Sinfonia & Chamber – 6:30 PM
Notes:
- Please make sure students are dressed in your full concert black concert uniform.
- Absolutely no student cell phones allowed on stage or while listening to groups in the audience.
2. The FINAL DEADLINE for registering and paying the SPRING TRIP to Nashville deposit is tomorrow, November 13.
The online portal closes at 6:00 PM. We must have a minimum of 48 students registered for the trip to fly. If we receive deposits beyond 48 students, you will be put on a waiting list.
The trip is scheduled for March 20-22, 2026. Attached is the proposed itinerary and directions on how to register.
Action is needed immediately if you will be attending.
The total trip cost is $671 and this year we will be using a travel company to handle the logistics and payments. Please visit our trip registration portal.
