Our Charleston Wrap fundraiser has been extended to Friday, November 21! Please continue to share your links and encourage friends, family, and colleagues to order some of the beautiful items.
Some parents have asked if they can contribute without purchasing items from in the fundraiser. The answer is YES! This would be through our ongoing “Friends of the Orchestra” campaign. You can make donations above and beyond the student fees here: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/become-a-friend-of-the-orchestra. Please remember that Zeffy’s transaction fees are completely optional.
Spring Trip to Nashville
The Spring Trip information is here!! The Lassiter Orchestra will be traveling to Nashville, TN on March 20-22, 2026 for our annual Spring Trip. Please see the attached information including itinerary, instructions on how to register, and more.
Action is needed now if you are interested in attending. We will need a minimum of 48 students to attend the trip, otherwise we will not be able to go. If we have students beyond 48 there will be a waiting list until another bus can fill.
The total trip cost is $671 and this year we will be using a travel company to handle the logistics and payments. Please visit our trip registration portal at https://www.wetravel.com/trips/-50590397
The deadline for online registration is Thursday, November 13, 2025 @ 6:00 PM EST. Anyone who misses the deadline will be asked to join the waitlist. Unless the trip is sold out, you will receive registration instructions within 24-48 hours.
The majority of the trip notifications will be coming from noreply@wetravel.com. Please add this email to your contact list to avoid junk / spam filters.
Note: Parents should not register for the trip unless the 2025-2026 student fees have been paid. If you need to pay your student fees, please use this link: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/student-fees-25–26 (Zeffy’s transaction fees are completely optional and can be set to zero)
